Mother's Day

I love the Mothers in my life - my mom Cay, my grandmother Louise, Debbie and all the mothers that it took to get me raised. They are all good mothers.

This morning mom brought grandmother to church. While I was helping serve communion it struck me that this could be grandmother's last time to receive the sacrament. Of course, it could be each of our last time but it made me very sad. You may remember that my other grandmother died a little over a month ago and I missed her today.

Today I am very thankful for my mothers and I pray God's peace and blessings upon them. I hope you have taken the time to tell your mothers that you love them.
