This morning my hope is that the New Year is your very best year ever. That you are prosperous (and that our great country and state are prosperous), healthy and happy.
I began my diet on Monday, so far I am hanging in there on it. I am not big on "resolutions", I just try everyday to do what is right. I do hope to ride my bicycle a lot more this year than I was able to ride in 2008.
My goal is to represent you to the best of my ability - by being accessible to you, I enjoy your calls and visiting with you - by working hard on both Senate District 20 issues and issues that are important statewide. Since you elected me in the primary election in May I have been reading, studying, attending conferences, etc to be sure that I am up to speed and ready to go to work. Thank you for allowing me to be your State Senator.
