Delight Christmas Parade

The Delight Christmas Parade was great fun. The above photo is just after I had finished decorating my truck - red bows, green garland and a Santa hat to top it all off.

There were a lot of floats. I was towards the rear of the procession and I was too close to the fire trucks, my ears are still ringing from the sirens. Seemed there were a lot of people standing on the streets watching the proceedings and I enjoyed throwing peppermints to all of the little ones and some of the older ones. I love the way our communities turn out to support their events - people everywhere.

I am about to head out to Glenwood for the Christmas Parade up there. Last parade I was in there had the largest crowd watching I have ever seen at a Southwest Arkansas parade. I have bought extra candy to try to have enough to last till the end this year.
