Ark Supreme Court allows Lottery Measure on Ballot
The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled yesterday on the challenge to Lieutenant Governor Halter's lottery amendment. They ruled that the question would remain on the ballot. It was not a suprising ruling but I was hopeful that they would rule against the lottery.
