The fine ladies of the Hempstead County Democratic Women's club were gathered tonight in Hope for their monthly meeting. The crowd was fairly sparse but the discussion was good. Those ladies were very good to me while I was campaigning - I was happy to renew my membership for another year.
There was discussion on acquiring/buying some Obama campaign signs and other literature for the Southwest District Fair and for those who want them.
I appreciate the support and the friends I have in the Hempstead County Democratic Women's club and I always enjoy visiting with them.
