The local Fire Departments and Police Departments sponsored the Guns & Hoses Blood Drive today. It was from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the city's Carter Day Center. United Blood Services was the agency taking the blood. The technician taking my blood told me that the blood would save three lives. Answering the questions on the interview took longer than giving the blood did. Basically painless and goes for a good cause.Tuesday, November 27, 2007
