The weather was not particularly cooperative for today's Christmas parades. The Delight parade managed to find a window in the rain and get their parade in. Representative Stewart and I were the honorary Grand Marshals of the parade. There was a surprisingly good turnout of those watching and Randy and I were able to throw a goodly amount of candy at the kids (adults too). We were supposed to leave Delight and head to Glenwood for their parade this evening. Just as we were leaving Pike County Sheriff Pep Glenn told us that the parade had been postponed until next Saturday saving us a trip.
I enjoy the Christmas parades very much.
