I have been away from the "blog" for about three weeks. We married Lil Larry off to Tana on the 13th. That turned out to be a lot more work than I had ever imagined. I pray every night that the Lord will bless their marriage. Currently they seem blissfully happy and I am very happy for them.
Debbie and I went to Little Rock the next two Saturdays, first to see Levon Helm and his band and last Saturday we saw the Celtic Women in concert. Both were most enjoyable and I am glad we had the opportunity to see them.
I have been to several committee meetings in Little Rock and have attended quite a few meetings in the district including a Joint Performance Review Committee meeting at Historic Washington. I am always glad when Bubba and I can get our colleagues down here to see the treasure that is Historic Washington State Park.
I hope to keep up better. Hope that you are having a great 4th of July weekend.
