American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR

I drove to Little Rock yesterday to take the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR course. For years I have said that I was going to get trained in CPR but I have never taken the time. A requirement of the First Responder course I am taking is the CPR training. I was surprised that I enjoyed the class and felt that I was well taught. In addition to CPR we learned about AED's (defibrillators) and how to use them. The class convinced me of the value of having access to AED's in our schools and other public areas.
