Doctor Michael Buffington was the Doctor of the Day today at the Capitol. During the session the Arkansas Medical Society sponsors a Doctor of the Day. They man the infirmary, go to committee meetings or anything else they might want to do. It is very nice of them to take a day away from their practice and spend it with us. Dr. Buffington and I have corresponded about an issue he had thoughts on earlier in the session. I enjoyed visiting with Dr. Buffington today.Thursday, February 26, 2009
