Budget Hearings

I was in Little Rock today for a meeting one of the insurance companies that I represent was hosting.

After the meeting I went over to the Capitol. UACCH and Cossatot Community College U of A were having their budget hearings this afternoon and I listened to their presentations. There were no suprises and apparently all higher education budgets are being referred to subcommittees without executive recommendation.

I missed Rich Mountain's budget presentation yesterday, I had intended to attend but just could not make it work. There is a lot of work yet to go as work on the budget progresses.
