The Legislative Budget Hearings start tomorrow, October 7th. Over the next few months each agency/entity that receives state dollars will appear before the Arkansas Legislative Council - Joint Budget Committee and present their budget. I have pasted this weeks schedule below. For the same budget information the legislature receives you can go to www.arkleg.state.ar.us, on the left side there is a folder titled "Agency Budget Information".
