New Hope VFD & Prescott Friends of NRA

I made a run up north to the New Hope volunteer fire departments spaghetti supper fundraiser. The crowd was not as large as most of their crowds but the Razorbacks were still playing when I left up there. The spaghetti was good and plentiful.

From there I drove over to the Friends of NRA Banquet at Prescott. Those who attend the NRA events are almost always good people and there was a goodly numbered crowd tonight. I always enjoy the banquets and visiting with the people. Prescott is not in my district but it is a good cause and there wound up being quite a few people from Hope there. Big Jakes catered the evenings meal and it was really good. It being my second meal of the night I did not eat a whole lot but I did have several brownies. I believe this is my third Friends of NRA banquet to attend in the last few months.
