At noon yesterday there was a Howard County Economic Development Commission meeting that I attended. There was good attendance and Mayor Mike Reese gave some information on the meetings he had attended in Texarkana regarding Economic Development in the entire Southwest Arkansas area. There is another meeting in Texarkana today that a number of people were going to try to attend.
I drove up to Hot Springs Village yesterday afternoon late to have supper with my friends George & Jeannie French and Terry "Joe Bob" Benson. We had a great steak and there was some quality "information" shared sitting around on the deck after the meal.
This afternoon I am off to Hatfield for a fish fry at deer camp. It will be another opportunity to be exposed to a lot of "information".
