I have just arrived back home from the fundraiser at the Wickes School Cafeteria for Bob Hedge. I don't know Bob but I understand that he has cancer. He had a big crowd of friends there tonight to help raise him some money. I spent a little money myself and had some smoked chicken and several lunchroom rolls.
The turnout of friends is once again confirmation that there is no better place in the world to live than Southwest Arkansas. Neighbors helping neighbors - it is what the Lord calls us to do.
