Last night Mom, Debbie and I attended the Sevier County Democratic Women's meeting in DeQueen. It was a potluck with lots of good food.
The program was a forum for the candidates for State Representative, District 21. County Judge Dick Tallman was the moderator. Each of the three candidates, Frank Scott, Steve Cole & George Hallman, were given 5 minutes to introduce themselves and then questions were taken from the audience. It was interesting and informative with some good questions asked.
March 24th is the next meeting of the Sevier County Democratic Women and at that meeting candidates for Senate District 20 (Me) will be given the same opportunity. I am really looking forward to it.
