Five Rich Mountain Community College students were recently selected as RMCC student ambassadors to serve on the 2009-2010 President’s Leadership Council (PLC).
Heather Aleshire, Danny Baker, Andrea Hughes, Chris Lawler, and Staci Yahn were named as PLC members following an application, recommendation, and interview process with a committee of RMCC faculty and staff. PLC students will serve in various leadership capacities across RMCC’s campus throughout the year.
I had the opportunity to meet these students when I spoke at the Duke Frederick Lecture last week. They are very personable and I really enjoyed visiting with them.
