CARTI Tour De Rock

This morning along with what appeared to be more than a thousand bicyclists I rode the 62 mile course of the Tour De Rock. It is a fundraiser for CARTI and all the good work that they do. It was plenty warm and my riding partner and I rode too fast - but it was a good outing. The ride was very well supported with the support staff being friendly and helpful and with lots of liquids to replace the fluids lost and lots of good fruit and snacks to help us keep our energy levels up. I enjoyed it and hope to make it an annual ride from now on.
