Free Health Clinic 5K Run/Walk

The photo is my mother and me before the 5K Run/Walk that the fine folks at Bell's Gym hosted to raise money for the Howard County Christian Health Clinic. I appreciate Wendy, Bron, Nicole, the Silver Sneakers, and all the others who volunteered and who made it happen. I can't think of any group that does more good helping those who don't have then the many volunteers who run the health clinic and all of the churches and Sunday school classes and those who support it financially. Thanks to everyone for this mornings event. I won the men's walk but I may have been the only man walking.
