UACCH Foundation Donors Party

Debbie and I drove over to Historic Washington's Old Gym last night and attended the Foundation Donors Party. Seemed to me that there were about 100 people in attendance, including Senator Jim Hill who is on the Board of Visitors and the Foundation Board. Chancellor Thomason gave a fairly brief overview of the years successes along with a powerpoint presentation. He had told me that we would be out of there by 7:30 and he had it exactly right. Hope and Hempstead County do a fantastic job of supporting their college. If you haven't been by the campus you should stop by and check it out. There is a lot of construction going on over there.
