Leadership

We are now on break before we head off to a luncheon and an afternoon of classes. The morning has been spent in group activities designed to help us break the ice and become better acquainted so that we will have that behind us as we begin to spend time in our classes/exercises and talks. One of the activities this a.m had us working together as one group. It was interesting to watch the other 15 attendees and watch those who wanted to be "chiefs" as they positioned themselves.

It was a good morning, I hope that this afternoon is as productive. I will report back soon.
