I don't know about the official numbers but it seemed to me that the Pine Tree Festival was a huge success - in spite of the horrific heat.
Thanks to all the volunteers who braved the heat to support the days events. I enjoy the fire fighter competition. It looks as if they are having fun. There is no telling how hot they get in their turnouts in the sun.
The Pine Tree Festival is always the first weekend in August, why not go ahead and put it on your calendar for next year and join us.
The Hope Watermelon Fesitval is this coming weekend. I will be blogging more on it later in the week but be planning on attending it. There is music and food and lots of vendors and ......
