Friday Night Football in Southwest Arkansas

The Nashville Scrappers vs Booneville game turned out to not be much of a game. The Scrappers looked better than they had in any game this season. The Scrapper offense seemed to be able to score at will and the defense did a good job of stopping Booneville's running attack. Final score Nashville 55 and Booneville 14. It was 49 to 0 at half-time.
The Murfreesboro Rattlers wound up there season last night in a game against Bearden at Bearden. Coach Turley and his young men have had a great season and I am proud of them. Final score Murfreesboro 26 and Bearden 55.
Scrappers play Warren the 23rd (Thanksgiving Weekend) at Warren. It will be a big ball game. I hope we take a big crowd and go get us a Lumberjack.
There is a city wide PEP RALLY Tuesday evening the 20th for the Scrappers. Following the pep rally they will be sellingFlap Jacks as a fund raiser at the High School Cafeteria. I will be cooking so be sure and come by and say hello and support our Scrappers.
